How can technology be used in the classroom?
Technology can be used in a number of ways in the classroom. A lot of the time it is used to do research for reports and projects, but it is also a good way of communication. Instead of phone calls, emails and blogs are used to contact parents and students. Technology in the classroom is also saving a few trees. You can just look on the blog instead of getting handouts and writing notes. I guess not having homework done is not really an excuse anymore, when it is easily accessible on the wiki.
How does technology effect your world? Everyday we use technology. Computers, cellphones, TVs, etc. From checking the weather on the computer in the morning, to I.P. class second period, to watching a little bit of TV and texting a few friends right before bed, we are constantly using and relying on technology. Our world would be quite a bit different without even one of those things.
How are you going to make sure your parents understand the technology you are using? Well My mom pretty much sucks at computers, but I will show her at home and hopefully she will understand right away! She's smart, so it shouldn't be that hard for her to get!
